PLC enters the Biomethane market through the acquisition of the majority of Schmack Biogas S.r.l., one of the leading supplier in Italian Biomethane market

Bolzano, August 28, 2019 – A binding offer for the acquisition of 51% of the Bolzano company was accepted today.
The transaction is fully in line with the growth plan of the PLC, which aims to become a reference in the international ISPs sector (independent service providers) with multi-technology expertise in renewable and decarbonised energy sources.
The addition of this important piece offers new opportunities to our current and future customers.
Thanks to the new resources available, Schmack, already a leading company in the sector, will be able to increase business opportunities in Biomethane both in Italy and in the new markets where the PLC group is already present.
