Schmack Biogas strengthens its presence in Greece

Bolzano, april 16, 2021. Third order in Greece for Schmack Biogas Srl, thus strengthening its presence in the country.

Following the completion of the first plant in Xiromero at the end of 2020 and the first feed-in to the grid of the second plant in Perni three weeks ago, Schmack Biogas is pleased to announce its third order in the Hellenic Republic.

The plant is a 500 kW COCCUS® Titan plant with the innovative COCCUS® 5500 digester. Thanks to its four REMEX® agitators with large blades, the digester is able to guarantee perfect mixing of the biomasses, even with a feeding plan that includes pig manure, cow manure and a considerable amount of chicken manure.

Construction is scheduled to be completed in early 2022.
